When I worked at Vantare by Featherlite Luxury Motor Coach in Sanford, FL it was my goal to learn as much as possible from my multi-talented co-workers in the upholstery department. Each of them had a specialty. Mine was the tedious detail that sometimes gets overlooked in production. During those 8 years of accelerated learning I collected the tools necessary to open my own business.
When we moved to Fort White in 2005, the first thing built was my shop. Since then I have met many fascinating people with such interesting requests as covers for seed spreading hoppers, repairing farrier's chaps, creating a holder for wood turning tools, and altering BMX race gear.
While the bread and butter of my business is the daily flow of falling down head-liners,  broken down truck seats, seat panel repairs, and golf cart seats, I live for the challenge of hot rod and custom car interiors, or pontoon boat and speed boat make-overs. Recently I have completed three ’57 Chevys. My interiors have won numerous trophies.
Folks have brought me the most unusual tired old furniture with a vision of what it could be or used to be. I am so proud to help them bring it back to life.
There are many people out there who just haven't found me yet. ATV's and motorcycles need help too. You might be surprised how little money it would take to get it right again. No job too big or too small. Give me a try!
